Why is it a good idea to adjusted regularly?

Chiropractic care is similar to exercising and eating healthy; it is a part of living a healthy, proactive lifestyle.  For example, let's say you have a close friend who is overweight, has high blood pressure and high cholesterol.   For a New Year's resolution they decide to go to the gym 5 days per week and not eat fast food.  By April Fool's Day, they have lost 35 pounds and their blood pressure and cholesterol levels have normalized.  No one would recommend that they stop exercising and start eating fast food again.  Maybe their exercise and dietary regimen would be relaxed a bit, but it is still important for your friend to continue their healthy habits in order to stay healthy.  The same is true of chiropractic care.  It requires a conscious effort on our part to keep our bodies, our minds and our nervous systems healthy.  Chiropracitc care helps us to do all three of these. Chiropractic care is part of living a healthy, proactive lifestyle.
